Agreement to Terms

By installing and using SVGify ("the Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Extension.

Description of Service

SVGify is a Chrome browser extension that converts raster images (JPG, PNG, BMP) into SVG vector format. The service is provided free of charge and processes all conversions locally in your browser.

License and Usage Rights

Grant of License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SVGify for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the Extension
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

Intellectual Property Rights

Extension Ownership

SVGify and all related intellectual property rights remain the property of the developers. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or branding.

Your Content

You retain all rights to images you convert using SVGify. We do not claim any ownership over your content. The converted SVG files are yours to use as you see fit.

Disclaimer of Warranties

SVGify is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the Extension will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or quality of conversions
• Warranties that the Extension will meet your specific requirements

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or content
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Service interruptions
• Errors in conversion quality

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Extension (which is zero, as it's free).

Service Availability

We strive to maintain the Extension's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

• Perform maintenance that may temporarily affect availability
• Update features and functionality
